In Tajikistan, on March 30 and 31 of this year, due to precipitation, water levels are expected to rise in a number of rivers.
According to the Agency for Hydrometeorology under the Committee for Environmental Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan, rising water levels are predicted on the Yakhsu and Kyzylsu (southern) rivers, as well as on the rivers flowing down the southern slopes of the Gissar Range.
It is noted that on March 31, the threat of avalanches remains in avalanche-prone sections of the Dushanbe-Chanak highway.
The sections of Maikhura and Zidekh in the Varzob region have been named as particularly dangerous, as the risk of avalanches remains.
