The China Development Forum opened in Beijing. This is the first major international business event in China since the approval of the country's 15th Five-Year Plan. Premier Li Qiang delivered the keynote speech at the opening ceremony. He emphasized that China will continue its commitment to expanding openness and supporting free trade.
