The Republic of Tajikistan has published the country's first practical guide to the stock market, which is considered an important step in developing financial literacy and investment culture. This was reported by the press service of the Agency for Securities and Special Registration.
The publication is intended to be an accessible and practical guide for students, young professionals, aspiring investors, and anyone seeking a deeper understanding of how modern financial markets work.
It is noted that the book systematizes basic knowledge about the stock market for the first time, taking into account the specific characteristics of the Republic of Tajikistan, making it not only an educational resource but also an important contribution to the development of the national capital market infrastructure.
The book is also available in e-book format, allowing you to study the basics of investing at your convenience. It is emphasized that this publication will be a significant contribution to the development of a new generation of investors, as well as to the development of financial education and investment culture in Tajikistan.
Particular importance is attached to the preparation of the manual due to the fact that it is carried out within the framework of the tasks and in pursuance of the instructions of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
In his Address to the Majlisi Oli "On the Main Directions of the Country's Domestic and Foreign Policy" dated December 16, 2025, the President emphasized the need to develop financial markets and improve the financial literacy of the population.
It is reported that the implementation of these tasks opens up new opportunities for cooperation with international financial organizations, leveraging their experience and best practices, and will also contribute to strengthening Tajikistan's position in the global investment market.
The scientific editors of the publication were the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, Kahhorzoda Fayziddin Sattor, and the First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, Majidi Yusuf Khairullo.
The authors of the publication are Daler Sadykov, Deputy Head of the Financial Department and Head of the International Relations Department of Bank Eskhata OJSC, and Abdurahmonzoda Nigina Shukhrat, Director of the Agency for Securities and Special Registration of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
