Industrial development continues in Penjikent. The city now has 60 industrial enterprises, nine more than last year. Six more enterprises are currently under construction, which will create new jobs and strengthen the city's economy, according to the city administration's press service.
Mayor Abdukholik Kholiqzoda toured the slate production facility and the construction of a sand and crushed stone processing line, financed by entrepreneur Bakhodur Nasriddinov, in the Sudzhina jamoat. The facility produces two thousand slate sheets per shift. The crushing and screening plant will create 30 jobs and produce up to 1,200 cubic meters of sand and crushed stone per day.






In Kavol, Obi Haftkul LLC, an agricultural processing and drinking water production facility, is preparing to launch with investments from Dustzoda Afzalsho.
In the village of Mindona, Yori district, construction of a poultry farm for 60,000 birds is nearing completion, financed by Fayziddin Narziev. The entrepreneur has been tasked with ensuring high-quality construction and landscaping the area.
