On February 21, in Dushanbe, as part of preparations for the new season, the Tajikistan Football League held a specialized seminar on international football law and club management for representatives of the country's football clubs. This was reported by the Tajikistan Football Federation.
Representatives of the Football Federation of Tajikistan and regional football federations took part in the seminar.

Hamid Nekdasti, an international specialist in sports law with practical experience working with football clubs and sports organizations, served as an expert.
The main goal of the seminar was to increase the level of legal literacy and managerial competence of football clubs, as well as to improve the knowledge of specialists in the application of the rules and regulations of international football organizations.
The seminar addressed current issues related to the fulfillment of contractual obligations, dispute resolution mechanisms, compliance with international regulations, as well as financial control and other aspects of club operations.
Vice President of the Football Federation of Tajikistan, Sayvali Doniyorzoda, expressed gratitude to the invited expert for his informative presentation, noting the importance of holding such educational events to strengthen the institutional capacity of clubs and develop a legal culture within the football system.
