In accordance with the work plan for the first half of 2026, inspectors from the Department of State Supervision of Use and Protection of Flora, Fauna, and Fish Resources conducted inspection operations in the cities and districts of Vahdat, Rasht, and Tojikobod. This was reported by the press service of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.


As a result of the measures taken, 12 cases of environmental violations were identified. The relevant reports were drawn up against the responsible individuals.
Additionally, one case of illegal partridge hunting was detected in the Rasht district. One hunting rifle and five partridges were confiscated. Sixty live partridges were also confiscated and placed into temporary storage.


In order to prevent illegal hunting, explanatory work was carried out with 280 citizens.
