As of today, 83 government services have been integrated into the Unified Portal of Public Services for the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan (ekhizmat.tj). This was announced by Khurshed Faizullozoda, Director of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, at a press conference.
According to him, through the portal, citizens can obtain a power of attorney to operate a vehicle without the right to dispose of it, a power of attorney to operate a vehicle with the right to dispose of it, a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record, a permit (coupon) for the operation of a vehicle with tinted or tinted windows, as well as a permit to begin construction work.
In addition, the Unified Portal of State Services facilitates the registration of weddings, the state registration of individual entrepreneurs, the receipt of electronic signatures, the state registration of births, the issuance of certificates for obtaining excise stamps, and the payment of vehicle taxes.
"Government services are being gradually converted to digital format and provided through a portal based on a unified registry. This process will be fully implemented within the five-year period of the 'Years of Digital Economy and Innovation Development.' These services are provided to citizens digitally, eliminating the need to personally visit government agencies," noted Khurshed Faizullozoda.
He also recalled that the Unified Portal of State Services was created based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in order to ensure transparency and efficiency in the provision of public services, as well as the development of the e-government system.
