On January 16, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon made a number of personnel changes in the structures of the Ministry of Defense, the National Guard, the Border Troops, the Agency for State Financial Control and the Fight against Corruption, and the Main Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Punishments of the Ministry of Justice.
Young and experienced personnel with a high level of professional training, courageous and patriotic minded, have been appointed to the positions of First Deputy Head of the State Institution "Assistance to Defense" of the Ministry of Defense, as well as to leadership positions in the central office of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the country, in the Border Troops, the National Guard, the Agency for State Financial Control and the Fight against Corruption, the Main Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Punishments of the Ministry of Justice, as well as in the command of units of security agencies.






In addition, experienced specialists in this field have been appointed to the positions of military commissars of the cities and districts of Mir Said Ali Hamadani, Dangara, Vakhsh, Abdurakhman Jami, Yavan and Shahristan.
During his speech and conversation, Head of State Emomali Rahmon analyzed and discussed the state of readiness of the Armed Forces, military units, and other aforementioned structures in light of the current regional and global situation. The President also assigned specific tasks to each of these military departments to safeguard and ensure peace and stability.



Particular attention was paid to strengthening state border security and preventing any violations, including armed incidents and arms and drug smuggling. Tasks were also outlined to enhance the Armed Forces' constant combat readiness, study foreign languages, master and use modern combat weapons and equipment, conduct regular exercises and training, including the use of remotely controlled equipment, and strictly adhere to the law and industry regulations.
Furthermore, it was emphasized that the attitude towards soldiers and workers should be built on the principle of family relationships, so that feelings of friendship, brotherhood, and mutual understanding are strengthened between military personnel and the leaders of military units.
In conclusion, other instructions and recommendations were given aimed at ensuring high-quality and responsible performance of official duties in each of the above-mentioned structures.
