A delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan, led by Deputy Prime Minister Dilrabo Mansouri, participated in the first Global Guardianship Forum, which took place on January 15–16 in Madrid, Spain. This was reported by NIAT Khovar.
During the forum, the attention paid to protecting children's rights and supporting families in the Republic of Tajikistan was noted. Specifically, in 2024, Tajikistan became the 67th country in the world to ban corporal punishment of children under all circumstances.

It is reported that the republic has begun developing a national parental support structure and a detailed action plan in this area. The primary goal of these initiatives is to improve adolescent access to education, healthcare, recreation, and professional development throughout the country by integrating systemic parental support.
It is noted that the experience of the Republic of Tajikistan in this area was highly valued by the forum participants and recognized as a leading example.
