The Tajikistan U-17 national football team defeated their Saudi Arabian counterparts in a friendly match held in Dubai as part of a training camp.
The Tajikistan U-17 team, led by head coach Daler Kayosov, played their first friendly match during their training camp in the United Arab Emirates. The Tajik national team's opponent was the Saudi Arabian youth team.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw after regulation time. Mehrubon Odilzoda scored for the Tajikistan youth team.
The winner of the match was determined in a penalty shootout, in which the Tajikistan U-17 team emerged victorious, winning with a score of 10:9.
The Tajikistan U-17 team will play its next friendly match on Friday, January 16. The team will play the United Arab Emirates in Dubai.
