In Dushanbe, targeted inspections have uncovered instances of unauthorized land seizures and illegal construction. These inspections are regularly conducted by the city's police and prosecutors.
According to law enforcement agencies, several cases of unauthorized land occupation and construction of various structures were identified in the Shokhmansur district as a result of the investigation. Specifically, 40-year-old Dushanbe resident Firuz Gulov illegally seized a 240-square-meter plot of land in the Falakona mahalla and erected a fence around it.

In addition, citizen Tashripov Shakhrom illegally occupied a 208 square meter plot of land in the Khovaron mahalla, where he built various structures.

Based on these facts, criminal cases have been initiated against the individuals in question under Article 338 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. The illegally seized land plots have been completely restored to their original condition.
During an investigation conducted by officers from the Dushanbe Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was also established that citizen Tojiddin Idrisov had constructed a residential building in the Mekhkalon mahalla without obtaining the appropriate permit from the authorized bodies. An administrative protocol was filed against him under Article 427 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded that, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, construction of various types of facilities, including individual residential buildings, is permitted only with the permission of construction oversight authorities, and called on citizens to strictly adhere to the law.
