On December 25, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon remotely inaugurated seven educational institutions and roads in the cities and districts of Bokhtar, Kushoniyon, and Vakhsh after commissioning a private preschool and child development center. He also inspected the construction projects for four educational institutions and one sports facility, according to the presidential press service.
When educational facilities opened in a remote format, six child development centers with 390 places and a building of Secondary Comprehensive School No. 72 with 480 places were put into operation in the Kushoniyon district.
These facilities were built as part of the country's leadership's initiatives to improve the educational infrastructure and develop science and education through the Early Childhood Development Program, financed by the World Bank.



When familiarizing themselves with the construction projects for four educational institutions, it was reported that a preschool for 200 children will be built in the Khojisharif microdistrict, a private preschool for 300 children in the Madaniyat microdistrict, and two secondary schools in the Dusti and Madaniyat microdistricts of Bokhtar city with a total capacity of 4,800 places.
During a conversation with officials, Emomali Rahmon gave helpful instructions on increasing contributions to the development of Tajikistan's education system, particularly in terms of developing preschool education.


During the opening of a 27-kilometer road in the Zarnisor village jamoat of the Vakhsh district, the president was informed that the road between the villages had been built in three sections in accordance with standard standards. The completed road will significantly improve the standard of living and quality of life for the residents, as well as the development of the district.
Also, while reviewing the sports complex construction project, the President ordered that construction work and landscaping of the complex be carried out to a high standard, in line with modern architectural standards, and using high-quality building materials.
