An awards ceremony for representatives of industry, tourism, crafts, and beekeeping in various categories took place on December 23 in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region. This was reported by the Executive Authority of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
It was noted that the implementation of improvement and construction work, the creation of new jobs, the production of domestic import-substituting products, and the transition to sustainable development of the country through accelerated industrialization are of particular importance.

The head of state places priority on the development of the industrial sector and the construction of small and large enterprises, noting the contribution of entrepreneurs and generous citizens.
As President Emomali Rahmon noted in his Address to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on December 16, 2025, more than 400 industrial enterprises were established in the country this year. This initiative will continue to be implemented at the required level.

In this regard, it is worth noting that 146 enterprises and production facilities were commissioned in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region between 2022 and 2024, as well as during the first 11 months of 2025. Of these, 52 enterprises began operations in the first 11 months of 2025 alone, an unprecedented figure in the region's accelerated industrialization.
Furthermore, during the first 11 months of 2025, there were 10,737 bee colonies in the region. During this period, 96 tons of honey were produced, 33 tons more than the same period in 2024. This year, the number of bee colonies increased by 2,500.
At the end of the event, thanks and commemorative gifts were presented to activists of the region.
