President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, together with the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali, visited the country's Ministry of Defense and remotely commissioned the tank training ground at the Harbmaidan training ground, as well as four border outposts on the Tajik-Afghan border. This was reported by the press service of the President of Tajikistan.
Initially, with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali, and the heads of the country's security agencies, the tank range at the Harbmaidan training ground was launched remotely.
To train specialized specialists at a high professional level, numerous training facilities have been built at this training ground. These include a command and observation post with combat vehicle operating classrooms, as well as observation towers.

During a tour of the training ground, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon instructed the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and other security agencies to ensure high-level training for specialized technical specialists, effectively utilizing the potential of this training facility.
From here, four border outposts on the border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan were put into operation remotely with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali.
Border outposts are the first to be built on this high-altitude, rugged stretch of the state border with Afghanistan, which was previously inadequately protected. To ensure their uninterrupted operation, a new road, over 70 kilometers long, has been built in this area, along with the necessary supporting infrastructure.

As noted, the constant attention and support of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, has resulted in a significant strengthening of the Border Troops over the 31 years of their operation, as well as a consistent improvement in the service and living conditions of officers and soldiers.
This process has been particularly active in the last two to three years. During this period, 80 new border outposts were built, fully equipped with technology and equipment, as well as all military, service, and household supplies.
In addition to creating the necessary conditions for service, including barracks for soldiers, canteens, baths, heating systems, and training grounds, all border outposts have built separate residential buildings for officers and their families.

During the opening of border facilities, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, General of the Army Emomali Rahmon emphasized that the Government of the country is constantly taking measures to create appropriate conditions for living and serving in the Armed Forces, including the Border Troops.
Emomali Rahmon also recalled the contribution of the country's patriotic entrepreneurs participating in this honorable endeavor, and expressed gratitude and appreciation to all who contribute to the improvement and strengthening of the state.
