During a working visit to St. Petersburg, the Russian Federation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, along with other heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States, visited the city's historical landmarks, including the State Hermitage Museum.



At the State Hermitage Museum, the Head of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, was met by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
The heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States were provided with detailed information about the museum's history, as well as its most significant historical and cultural artifacts.



The cultural complex was reportedly founded in 1764 and includes seven historic buildings, including the Winter Palace.
