At the "Dream" entertainment center in Dushanbe, officers from the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs detained four men for grossly disturbing public order. This was reported by the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs press service.
According to the agency, the detainees—Sherdil Sirodzhov, Manuchehr Alaev, Jovidon Ayubov, and Mukimjon Khabibov—engaged in a conflict with each other in a public place, thereby disturbing the peace of the center's visitors.
The investigation revealed that Sherdil Sirodzhov had repeatedly provoked conflicts in entertainment venues and systematically disturbed public order. Administrative reports were filed against all participants in the incident.
The court sentenced Sirodzhov to 10 days of administrative arrest. Three other participants in the conflict—Alaev, Ayubov, and Khabibov—were sentenced to five days of administrative arrest.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that materials have been prepared to initiate a criminal case for other illegal actions by these individuals. The investigation is ongoing.
