Three dried fruit processing companies from Isfara, the leading hub of the dried fruit industry in Central Asia, are participating in the international exhibition Food Ingredients Europe 2025, which is taking place in Paris from December 2 to 4, 2025. Participants include Barakat Isfara, Dolina Fruktov, and Ali Apricot, according to Saidmumin Kamolov, National Project Manager for the International Trade Center.
The Food Ingredients Europe 2025 exhibition, now in its 30th year, is considered one of the largest international food industry venues. This year, over 1,500 companies from around the world are participating. Participants present their products to thousands of visitors, negotiate with potential partners, share experiences, and discuss new global market trends.

The participation of Tajik companies is organized through the International Trade Center's (ITC) "Trade Promotion East: Balkans and Central Asia (TPE)" program, funded by the Swiss government. The program provides Tajik dried fruit processors with a platform to promote their products internationally, establish business contacts, and explore current industry trends.
Saidmumin Kamolov, ITC National Project Manager, noted: "Participation in this exhibition underscores ITC's commitment to expanding the market for Tajik dried fruits beyond the country's borders. By showcasing a diverse range of high-quality products at this international venue, companies aim to attract potential international partners, distributors, and buyers, as well as establish trade cooperation that will benefit Tajikistan."
Tajikistan's stand at the exhibition will showcase the authentic flavors of the country's dried fruits, opening up new opportunities for product promotion and cooperation in international markets.
Lutfullo Ortikov, Commercial Director of Fruit Valley, emphasized: “This exhibition will provide us with a good opportunity to establish more direct business connections and expand partnerships with potential clients, strengthen our brand recognition in foreign markets, become familiar with market trends, requirements, and expectations, and explore new products and innovations.”
During the exhibition, Tajik companies will participate in panel discussions, seminars, and business forums, allowing them to engage in discussions on the latest industry trends, gain valuable insights into market demands and consumer preferences, maintain competitiveness, and identify new areas for business development.
The International Trade Centre notes that Tajik companies' participation in international exhibitions helps strengthen their positions in regional and global markets, establish new business contacts, explore current industry trends, and expand export opportunities.
Tajik companies hope that participation in Food Ingredients Europe 2025 will help them strengthen ties with the global food industry and cement their status as significant players in the international market.
