Sixteen new locations were added to MegaFon Tajikistan's retail network in 2025. The goal is to make telecom services as accessible as possible to residents of the country's cities and districts. Subscribers can now purchase SIM cards, sign up for competitive tariffs, top up their accounts, or receive expert advice literally just steps from their homes.
Retail outlets are traditionally located in convenient locations. For example, in Dushanbe, a new service center opened in the Sino district, close to major shopping centers and public transportation stops, making it accessible to both residents and visitors. The same principle was used to select office locations in the cities of Bokhtar, Vahdat, Konibodom, Kulob, and Tursunzade; in the districts of J. Balkhi, Vose, Dusti, Kushoniyon, Farkhor, and Yovon in Khatlon Region; and in the districts of Asht and Spitamen in Sughd.

"For our customers, each new store is another opportunity to receive high-quality service at a convenient time and place. We want modern technology to help people every day, regardless of distance or time," says Ildar Salikhov, Chief Operating Officer of MegaFon Tajikistan.
By the end of the year, the operator will open offices in the Faizabad and Rudaki districts, where preparatory work is already underway.
