Three fatal road accidents occurred in the Republic of Tajikistan from November 11 to 13, the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
On November 11, 2025, at approximately 9:30 PM, the driver of a Toyota Camry, Giyosov Muhammadnasim Mirojiddinovich, born in 1997, a resident of Penjikent, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a roadside pole on the Ayni-Penjikent Highway near the village of Dashti-Malla in Penjikent. As a result of the accident, the driver sustained life-threatening injuries and died at the scene.
On November 12, 2025, at about 2:50 p.m., in the Khatlon region, in a tunnel on the highway from the Yavan district to the city of Vahdat, the driver of a Toyota Vitz, Sheralieva Bibiradzhab Murodovna, born in 1983, a resident of the Yavan district, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Lexus RX 350, driven by Radzhabov Sherali Sadulloevich, born in 1980, a resident of the city of Dushanbe.
As a result of the collision, the minor passengers in the Toyota Vitz—Yasmina Manuchekhrovna Ibodova, born in 2022, and Mutriba Manuchekhrovna Ibodova, born in 2024—suffered injuries of varying severity. The third passenger in the car, Bakhora Manuchekhrovna Ibodova, born in 2023, a local resident, died in the hospital.
On November 13, a fatal traffic accident also occurred in Gissar.
At around 8:00 a.m., the driver of a Hyundai Avante, Nusratullozoda Sardorjon, born in 1999, a resident of the city of Tursunzade, lost control of the vehicle at the entrance to the village of Shurob in the city of Gissar and hit a pedestrian, Kalandarov Makhmasaid Saidakramovich, born in 1974, a resident of the city of Gissar.
As a result of the accident, the pedestrian received injuries incompatible with life and died in hospital.
An investigation is underway into all incidents to establish all the circumstances of the accident.
