The 45th meeting of the Coordinating Transport Meeting of the CIS Member States was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, as part of the 21st International Exhibition "Transport and Logistics – TransLogistica Uzbekistan 2025." The CIS Executive Committee press service reported.
The meeting was attended by representatives of transport ministries and departments of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, as well as associate members and representatives of industry organizations of the CIS.
Mikhail Myskin, Director of the Department of Economic Cooperation, represented the CIS Executive Committee and presented a report on the development of digitalization in the transport sector and the implementation of initiatives announced at the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State on October 10, 2025.
The agenda included 14 issues related to the development of cooperation in the transport sector, digitalization, and transport safety. Following the discussion, relevant decisions were made.
The 18th meeting of the CIS Transport Safety Council also took place during the meeting. Participants discussed nine issues and visited transport facilities in Tashkent and Samarkand.
The next, 46th meeting of the CIS Transport Coordination Conference will be held in the second half of 2026 in Kazakhstan.
