President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, together with Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and Mayor of Dushanbe Rustami Emomali, opened the new building of Department 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the capital's Sino district. This was reported by the presidential press service.
The head of state inspected the working conditions created for the personnel of the Sino District Department of Internal Affairs No. 1 and spoke with the department's employees.
The building, comprising a basement and five floors, contains 64 offices and was constructed in accordance with the service's requirements, providing all the necessary conditions for effective work. The spacious assembly hall seats 240 and is fully equipped for holding work meetings and industry-specific training sessions.
Classrooms and auditoriums are equipped with all necessary equipment. The building houses various types of service devices, weapons, communications equipment, and other work supplies. A modern library has also been created for staff. During construction, special attention was paid to the improvement of the surrounding area: the courtyard includes a parade ground, parking for service vehicles, and other auxiliary facilities.
During a conversation with personnel, Emomali Rahmon emphasized that employees must always be vigilant, improve their professional skills, and be prepared to prevent any emergency situations.
The President noted that the construction of a modern building and its equipping with modern technology creates conditions for even more effective and responsible performance of official duties by employees of internal affairs agencies.
Upon completion of the new OMVD-1 facility in the Sino district, several units of new service equipment were handed over. The head of state instructed the employees to conscientiously serve the Motherland, making a worthy contribution to maintaining public order, ensuring citizen safety, and strengthening the foundations of national statehood.
