In Tajikistan, the first month of the autumn conscription campaign has seen the plan for conscription of citizens for mandatory military service fulfilled by more than 92%. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
According to the department, the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO) fulfilled the established plan on the first day of conscription, ensuring a high level of organization. Other regions that fully completed the campaign include Dushanbe and Khatlon Region.
In Sughd Region, the conscription plan was 82% fulfilled. Moreover, in some cities and districts of the region—Ayni, Kuhistoni Mastchokh, Shahriston, Penjikent, Istiklol, Buston, and Guliston—the plan for sending new recruits to military service was 100%.
Cities and districts under republican jurisdiction also demonstrated high performance, with the conscription plan fulfilled by nearly 90%. Among them, the districts of Sangvor, Nurobod, Rasht, Tajikabad, Lakhsh, Rogun, and Fayzobod were the first to fully meet their established targets.
Thus, during the first month of the autumn conscription of citizens for military service, the plan fulfillment rate across the territory of Tajikistan as a whole exceeded 92%.
