The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, remotely commissioned a tourism services center in the village of Bulyoni Poyon and over 50 kilometers of paved roads in the Dangara district. This was reported by the presidential press service.
The tourist services center is located along an international highway and includes a folk crafts exhibition area, a hotel, a 20-seat restaurant, and four auxiliary facilities. According to the press service, the facility was built to showcase the region's tourism potential, ancient national crafts, and attract more domestic and international tourists.
The building's design adheres to modern architectural standards and incorporates national elements. The center's total area is 1,500 square meters. The area surrounding the building is landscaped and illuminated, and a nearby fish pond offers opportunities for fishing, boating, and outdoor recreation.
After inspecting the facility, Emomali Rahmon gave instructions to officials responsible for the further development of tourism infrastructure, the proper presentation of the country's tourism opportunities, and the attraction of tourists.
At the same time, the President inspected the results of the reconstruction of over 50 kilometers of roads in the Dangara District, built and paved with funds from local entrepreneurs. The head of state thanked the businessmen for their initiative and called their contribution an example of patriotism and devotion to the Motherland.
Residents of the district are actively participating in landscaping and construction work in anticipation of the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan's independence. According to local authorities, another 77 kilometers of roads are scheduled to be paved before the anniversary celebration.
Currently, more than 10 kilometers of road surface have been paved in the Dangara district on three central streets and in four villages, including Mirzo Tursunzade, Vose, Karomatullo Kurbonov streets, as well as the villages of Pushing, Shar-Shar, Gidzhovak and Alijon.
The reconstruction of road infrastructure will ensure year-round transport connections and improve accessibility to district centers for residents of all populated areas.
President Emomali Rahmon emphasized that entrepreneurs' efforts to improve and modernize infrastructure are a worthy example of service to the country and a symbol of national unity.
