In the capital of Tajikistan, 17 entertainment venues have been suspended for violating established operating procedures, according to the Dushanbe Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Many establishments, operating outside of established hours at night, disturbed the peace with loud music and noise. Following numerous inquiries and complaints from city residents, police conducted a comprehensive operation, codenamed "Ahlok va Tartibot," aimed at regulating the operations of entertainment venues.
During the inspection, the activities of 17 establishments were suspended, and legal measures were taken against their owners.
In addition, women and young people brought to the police station during the operation were given preventative and explanatory talks aimed at ensuring compliance with public order rules and the legal operating procedures of entertainment establishments.
