Damage to energy infrastructure facilities as a result of attacks by Russian troops was reported in Ukraine's Vinnytsia region on Thursday night, according to Natalia Zabolotnaya, First Deputy Head of the Regional Military Administration (OVA).
"The enemy attacked critical infrastructure in the Vinnytsia region. Energy facilities were hit," she wrote on her Telegram channel, adding that all emergency services were working at the scene.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, the region was subjected to a combined attack. Specifically, it was noted that attack drones entered the region from three directions: from the Odesa region, as well as from the east and northwest.
In addition to the Vinnytsia region, the Donetsk, Poltava, and Sumy regions were also attacked on Thursday night, Ukrainian military structures reported.
At the moment, information about the victims and the scale of destruction is being clarified.
