The third round of the national competition "Tajikistan – My Beloved Homeland" will begin in the second half of September, the Khovar agency reports.
The first and second rounds of the competition were held from April 1 to July 5 in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Sughd and Khatlon regions, Dushanbe, and cities and districts of republican subordination.
According to the Competition Regulations, the winners of the first and second rounds and their teachers will receive financial incentives from executive authorities, as well as organizations and institutions whose activities are not prohibited by law.
In the third round of the competition, the teacher whose student wins the Grand Prix or first place is awarded the honorary badge "Excellent Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan."
A participant who wins the Grand Prix or takes first, second or third place in the “composition-arrangement” nomination at this stage, after graduating from a higher professional educational institution in their specialty, is nominated for membership in the Union of Composers of Tajikistan.
The winners of the third round and their teachers receive prizes and cash awards from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure.
It should be emphasized that the competition is held with the aim of identifying new talents in the field of art, further developing their professional skills and mastery, strengthening high performing arts, creating new musical works, and popularizing national traditions and the rich heritage of ancestors.
