A Dushanbe court sentenced 41-year-old Firuzamokh Davlatova to 12 days of administrative detention for the repeated use of obscene language on social media, according to the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs.
According to the agency, preventative measures had previously been taken against Davlatova for similar violations. Despite these discussions, she continued her illegal behavior, using offensive language in live broadcasts on various internet platforms.
"Regular publications containing obscene language have sparked widespread public outcry and complaints from citizens," the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
Criminal Investigation Department officers drew up an administrative report, which was submitted to the court. Following the review of the case, the court sentenced Davlatova to 12 days of administrative detention.
Law enforcement agencies have issued a reminder that disrupting public order in the digital space is unacceptable and emphasized that such actions will be punished within the law.
