On August 21, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, together with the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and Chairman of the City of Dushanbe Rustami Emomali, opened Secondary General Education Institution No. 4 in the 192nd microdistrict of the Shokhmansur district of the capital, the press service of the head of state reported.
This facility was built using funds from the budget of the Executive Authority of the capital.
The opening of new educational facilities, a continuation of the improvement activities in honor of the 35th anniversary of State independence and the start of the new school year, was called a valuable gift for teachers, students, and residents of the neighborhood.
The building of the educational institution consists of three floors and a basement for 1,450 students per shift.
The building was constructed taking into account industry requirements, national architectural elements, and met modern high-quality standards, and the classrooms and other subject areas were equipped with teaching equipment and visual aids.
Another building of the educational institution consists of 4 floors and is intended for elementary grades.
Construction of the building of Secondary General Education Institution No. 4 began in 2024 and was built on an area of 16,400 square meters based on a design in accordance with modern requirements.
While familiarizing himself with the conditions and capabilities of this new, modern facility, the head of state praised the quality of the construction work and called its contribution to the development of the younger generation a worthy achievement.
The institution’s building contains 64 classrooms equipped with essential educational supplies, including 26 subject-specific rooms.
Subject classrooms for chemistry, biology, physics, geography, industrial technology, basic military training, as well as information technology and linguistics classes, are built in accordance with requirements and will lay a favorable foundation for the development of students' thinking.
In accordance with modern requirements, the institution has more than 70 computers connected to the international Internet.
To develop students' worldviews, the school provides subject laboratories and a library with 10,000 volumes of literature, a folk crafts corner, and classrooms equipped with musical instruments.
The spacious and well-equipped gym seats 40 and will promote a healthy lifestyle among students. A sports field with 135 seats is also one of the school's key assets for the development of physical education and sports.
The educational institution also has a conference hall with 386 seats and a dining hall with 192 seats.
The new, modern facility provides favorable conditions for developing children's intellect, acquiring modern knowledge, and engaging them in a variety of exciting games.
During his introduction to the educational and upbringing conditions, President Emomali Rahmon drew the attention of those responsible to the effective use of the opportunities provided, the study of the exact sciences and foreign languages, and recognition of the achievements of state independence.
Emomali Rahmon emphasized that the construction of new buildings, the introduction of modern educational technologies, and other measures taken by the government are aimed at ensuring a happy present and future for the younger generation. This requires that students acquire knowledge, study science, master professions and languages, and become worthy heirs to their ancestors.
