"During our operation, we have gone from experimental production to a large-scale industrial complex. The modernization carried out in 2022-2025 allowed us to increase the volume of oil refining to 1.5 million tons per year and increase bitumen production to 700 thousand tons. We are confident that the potential of our plant is capable of meeting the needs of not only Kazakhstan, but also the countries of the region," Mukanov noted.
Currently, the company employs 237 people, the average age of employees is about 40 years. The team was awarded the Paryz prize for the best collective agreement, which emphasizes the high level of social responsibility and corporate culture of the company.
Caspi Bitum covers about 50% of the bitumen market in Kazakhstan, providing material for almost all strategically important highways in the country, including the Western Europe – Western China highway.
