Law enforcement agencies of the Agency for State Financial Control and Fight against Corruption of Tajikistan identified 1,321 corruption and economic crimes , as well as other offenses stipulated by law, in the first half of 2026. This was announced today at a press conference by the Director of the Agency for State Financial Control and Fight against Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sulaimon Said Sultonzoda .
According to him, 711 people were held accountable for the crimes identified.


During the reporting period, 425 criminal cases against 504 people were sent to court.
The Agency emphasized that identifying corruption and economic crimes remains one of the agency's key areas of activity, and that work to prevent, suppress, and investigate such offenses continues.
