Based on the results of the first half of 2026, the Ministry of Justice of Tajikistan identified corruption-causing factors in 24 draft regulatory legal acts. This was reported at a press conference summarizing the ministry's performance for the first half of 2026.

As noted, over the past six months, the Ministry of Justice received 98 documents for state review and registration. Following their review, 43 documents were registered, 29 were denied state registration due to non-compliance with current legislation, and another 26 projects are under review.

During the anti-corruption review, ministry specialists found that 24 documents contained corruption-promoting factors capable of creating conditions conducive to corruption. However, no such factors were identified in 46 projects, and another 25 documents are still undergoing review.

The Ministry of Justice noted that state legal and anti-corruption assessments are conducted to ensure the compliance of regulatory legal acts with the Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as to prevent the adoption of documents containing corruption risks.

In the first half of 2026, the Ministry of Justice received a total of 780 materials related to the review, recording, and state registration of regulatory legal acts. A total of 524 regulatory legal acts were adopted for state registration, including constitutional laws, laws, presidential decrees, government resolutions, and resolutions of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan. All of them have been entered into the Adliya Centralized Bank of Legal Information and the Unified State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
