According to him, by the end of 2025, the volume of trade turnover between the Sughd region and China exceeded 1 billion US dollars, and in the first six months of this year it reached 775 million dollars.
Akhmadzoda also reported that over the past few years, the region's economy has attracted over $4 billion in foreign investment. Currently, 27 major state investment projects worth a total of $300 million are being implemented in the sectors of industry, energy, infrastructure, and agriculture.
