The honest act of a Dushanbe taxi driver who returned a mobile phone to a Chinese citizen was highly praised by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Tajikistan and became an example of integrity and friendship between the peoples of the two countries.
During a tourist and business trip to Tajikistan, Chinese citizen Chen Haifeng reportedly left his mobile phone, which contained valuable photographs and important work materials, in a taxi.
The phone was discovered by a taxi driver from Dushanbe, Shahzod Rahmonalizoda. Having found the device, he returned it to its rightful owner.
The Tajik driver's actions deeply touched Chen Haifeng, who decided to personally express his gratitude to him.


On June 26, a meeting was held at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Tajikistan with the participation of Chen Haifeng and Shahzod Rahmonalizoda.
During the event, Advisor to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Tajikistan Wang Guochun presented Shahzod Rahmonalizoda with a letter of gratitude and commemorative gifts, praising his honesty, integrity, and friendly actions.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that such sincere actions testify to the high moral culture of the Tajik people and serve as further confirmation of the friendship between the peoples of Tajikistan and China.
