The Tajikistan national football team will participate in the 52nd King's Cup international tournament, which will be held in Thailand in November. The Tajikistan Football Federation announced this.
The tournament will be part of the Tajik national team's preparation for the final stage of the 2027 Asian Cup.
Four national teams – Tajikistan, Thailand, Oman, and Bahrain – will compete for the competition's main trophy.
According to the tournament regulations, after the draw, the teams will be divided into two semifinal pairs. The semifinal winners will meet in the title decider, while the losing teams will play in the third-place match.
The 2026 King's Cup tournament is scheduled to be held in Thailand from November 9 to 17, during official FIFA national team days.
It is worth noting that in 2022, the Tajikistan national team won the King's Cup tournament, which was held in Chiang Mai.
