A training seminar and mini-football tournament were held in the Bobojon Gafurov district of the Sughd region from June 18 to 20, 2026, organized at the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan jointly with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the Republican Council "Dynamo" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the press service of the ministry reported.
The events were aimed at preventing vagrancy among adolescents and young adults, preventing drug addiction and the use of psychotropic substances, and promoting sports and a healthy lifestyle among the younger generation.
The training seminar was attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Republican Council "Dynamo", Police Colonel Asliddin Shokhiyon, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Department for the Bobojon Gafurov District, as well as the Head of the Department for the Prevention of Juvenile and Youth Delinquency in the District.
During their presentations, participants discussed issues such as preventing vagrancy, combating the illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, promoting physical education and sports, fostering a healthy lifestyle, respecting parents, teachers, and elders, and fostering patriotism and love for the Motherland.
In addition, seminar participants were shown educational videos devoted to current issues of crime prevention and youth social responsibility.
The practical part of the events continued with a mini-football tournament, in which more than 12 teams of teenagers and young people from the Bobojon Gafurov district took part.






The team from Secondary School No. 14 in the Bobojon Gafurov District took first place in the competition. The Vahdat team won silver, and the Molodezh team took third place.
The winners and runners-up of the tournament were awarded cups, medals, certificates of honor, letters of thanks and commemorative gifts.
The organizers emphasized that holding such events contributes to the education of youth, raising the level of legal awareness, fostering a responsible attitude toward society, and further promoting a healthy lifestyle among the younger generation.
