Conducting mobile court hearings is an effective way to increase citizens' responsibility for the education and upbringing of their children, as well as to prevent crime, according to the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs.
For this purpose, an off-site court hearing was held at Gymnasium No. 74 in the Firdavsi district of Dushanbe.

During the meeting, 20 administrative offense reports were reviewed, drawn up by employees of the juvenile and youth department of the Firdavsi district police department No. 1, under Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the review of the cases, the circumstances and reasons that contributed to the commission of the offenses were analyzed. The Firdavsi District Court issued appropriate legal decisions regarding the individuals who demonstrated irresponsibility in matters of their children's education and upbringing.
At the same time, educational events were held aimed at preventing offenses and crime among minors and young people, increasing the legal literacy of citizens, maintaining public order, and strengthening parental responsibility for education and upbringing.
