On May 8, a delegation from the Working Group of the Republic of Tajikistan met with Ren Hongbing, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, in Beijing. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Tajik delegation was headed by the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Abdurahmonzoda Abdurahmon Safarali, the Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rahimzoda Sulton Nurmahmadpur, and the Head of the Department of Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Khurshed Ismoilzoda.

During the meeting, the parties primarily discussed issues of preparation for upcoming events.
In addition, the participants in the talks discussed issues of strengthening economic and trade cooperation, expanding business ties, and creating joint ventures.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to continue constructive cooperation and implement joint projects to further develop economic and trade relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the People's Republic of China.
