In Dushanbe, officers from the Firdavsi District Department of Internal Affairs (OVD-1) detained Ahadova Osiyamo during preventative measures for fortune-telling and witchcraft. This was reported by the Dushanbe City Department of Internal Affairs.

Law enforcement agencies determined that the woman was engaged in fortune-telling using multi-colored threads, water, salt, and other objects, thereby violating legal requirements.

In connection with this fact, an administrative protocol was drawn up against Ahadova under Article 482 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.

By the court's decision, she was sentenced to an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 80 calculated units.
