Zaynura Latifzoda, a seven-year-old girl from the village of Kosataroshi in Penjikent, is unable to walk due to a health condition. During the visit, the mayor presented her with a wheelchair, evoking joy and gratitude from the child.

Sukhrob Salomov, a resident of the village of Novi Chomok and a first-degree disabled person, was also visited. He was also given a wheelchair and food.
It is noted that supporting children and adults with disabilities, as well as low-income and needy families, has become a traditional practice for Penjikent's executive authorities.
