This important environmental event was organized to green and beautify the surrounding area, improve the ecological condition of the region, and enhance the aesthetic appearance of one of the district's key transportation arteries. As part of the event, over 1,200 juniper saplings and 1,000 paulownia saplings, adapted to the region's climate, were planted.

It was emphasized that tree planting is a critical factor in environmental protection, playing a significant role in preventing soil erosion, improving air quality, and creating a favorable living environment for the population. The regional chairman emphasized the need for proper care of planted trees, timely watering, and protection from external factors.
Representatives of the Main Directorate for Environmental Protection of the Khatlon Region and its subordinate agencies in the Jaykhun district, as well as local activists, participated in the greening campaign, contributing to the improvement of the environment.
