In the year of its 25th anniversary, MegaFon Tajikistan is organizing the first management practices forum "People. Ideas. Movement" (LID) for executives and HR specialists. This large-scale international event will bring together representatives of leading Tajik companies and global brands operating in the country. The forum will take place on February 14, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Dushanbe Hotel, starting at 10:00 AM.
The forum's key topics include human capital management, HR brand and corporate culture development, and modern HR practices, which today are key drivers of sustainable business growth. The forum will help develop a systemic understanding of HR's role as a strategic business function and identify key elements of EVP.
Guests can expect a rich one-day program, including expert discussions, practical case studies, analysis of the labor market in the Republic of Tajikistan, and opportunities for professional networking. During the forum, participants will be able to conduct a check-up of their company's HR brand, learn how candidates evaluate employers, and, upon completion, receive an HR process development plan with step-by-step actions for the next three months and throughout 2026.
"It's no coincidence that the word 'people' is the first word in the forum's title. People—employees and clients—are the most important, most valuable asset of any organization. I am confident that studying best management practices and new trends in HR branding will be useful for both businesses and government officials. The LID Forum is the time and place to focus on 2026: understanding how to strengthen leadership positions, build sustainable teams, improve organizational efficiency, and respond to the challenges of the modern labor market," says Anna Zhdanova, HR Director at MegaFon Tajikistan.
Tickets for the forum are available in the MegaFon Life app for 210 somoni and on the website echipta.tj (for 300 somoni).
