By order of the Chairman of the Supreme Court dated February 10, 2025, a permanent working group was established to implement electronic records management. This was announced today at a press conference by Mirzozoda Rustam, Chairman of the Supreme Court of Tajikistan.
According to him, the working group's priority tasks include connecting to the Electronic Government system, activating court websites, developing a special E-COURT program, and developing a digital judicial ecosystem.
The E-COURT program is considered the primary tool for digitalizing office workflow. It will enable the complete transition of document management to an electronic format, as well as ensure transparent monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of employee performance.
Furthermore, in order to implement the instructions arising from the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Majlisi Oli of December 28, 2024, and taking into account the declaration of 2025–2030 as the "Years of Digital Economy and Innovation Development," the leadership of the Supreme Court has decided to fully adapt its future activities to the digital system.
To improve the effectiveness of the judiciary, a resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court dated January 9, 2026, provides for the implementation of a number of measures in the first half of 2026. Their timely implementation is under the constant supervision of the Supreme Court's leadership.
