Ahead of the start of the new football season, the Football Federation of Tajikistan, together with the country's Football League, held a special seminar in Dushanbe for teams from the Tajik Premier and First Leagues, the FFT reports.
The event took place in Dushanbe and brought together head coaches and trainers of teams from the top and first leagues, as well as players and club officials.
A special seminar was conducted by Asian Football Confederation instructor Vladislav Zeitlin from Uzbekistan.



The main purpose of the meeting was to clarify changes to refereeing decisions and familiarize participants of the Tajikistan Championship with the amendments that will come into force in the 2026 season.
The seminar covered in detail updated criteria for referee decisions, procedures and procedures for using the VAR system, new interpretations of incidents involving foul play, handball, and offside, as well as requirements for the conduct of team officials in the technical area.
AFC instructor Vladislav Zeitlin presented a presentation analyzing game scenes using video footage. Using specific examples, he demonstrated possible game situations and explained the criteria referees will use in the new season.
In addition, representatives of Tajik clubs had the opportunity to ask questions of interest to them.
