Representatives of the cultural spheres of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan have been awarded the "Dusti" and "Dustlik" orders for their significant contributions to the development of comprehensive cooperation and good-neighborly relations, as well as their significant contribution to the development of cultural ties between the two countries. This was reported by the NIAT "Khovar" news agency, citing the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In particular, for her significant contribution to the development of cultural relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, the head of the National Cultural Center of Tajiks in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Gulandom Subkhonova, was awarded the Order of Dusti.


In addition, for his significant contributions to the development of comprehensive cooperation and good-neighborly relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the expansion of traditional friendship, strategic partnership, and cultural and humanitarian ties, Shukhratjon Nabiyev, head of the Nuri Niyogon Shashmaqam ensemble in the Sughd region of the Republic of Tajikistan, was awarded the Dustlik Order of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It is noted that the presentation of the awards promotes recognition of long-standing fruitful creative work, contributions to the development and popularization of culture, active participation in presenting the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of the Tajik and Uzbek peoples in the international arena, as well as exemplary work in preserving and enhancing common values and traditions.
