On March 29, in Khujand, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon inaugurated the Center for Culture and Development of Innovative Technologies at the Tajik State University of Law, Business, and Politics. This was reported by the presidential press service.
With the commissioning of the facility, 15 permanent jobs were created.
Emomali Rahmon held a warm conversation with students, urging them to pursue an in-depth study of the sciences and modern technologies. He recommended paying particular attention to modern sciences, particularly digital and innovative technologies.
This facility includes a large assembly hall with 720 seats, the Artificial Intelligence Center and IT Park, a dissertation council hall, a museum, an exhibition of folk crafts, a small hall for music and dance instruction, as well as auxiliary and service spaces.
The Artificial Intelligence Center and IT Park, established at the university, serves as a modern innovative platform for the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the country.


The Center is focused on developing an intelligent environment for the analysis, processing, and effective use of data, and places particular emphasis on training highly qualified and competitive specialists.
As part of his work, he is actively involved in the development of artificial intelligence systems, the digitalization of the educational process, and the development of scientific research.
The center is equipped with modern technology, including personal computers adapted for artificial intelligence and programming. It is also connected to high-speed internet via a fiber-optic line, creating all the necessary conditions for effective educational, scientific, and innovative activities.
The university has three dissertation councils that facilitate academic meetings, including the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations. These councils play an important role in training highly qualified specialists and advancing national science.


The University Museum is an important cultural and educational institution, reflecting the history and achievements of the university. It displays valuable materials relating to the university's development stages, its scientific and educational achievements, and its contribution to the training of specialists.
A significant portion of the exhibition consists of information and photographs about the visits of the esteemed Emomali Rahmon to the university, which testifies to the constant attention of the country's top leadership to the field of education and its development.
The museum also displays the scientific and educational achievements, inventions, and scientific works of the university's scientists and teachers, reflecting their contribution to the development of science and education.
The Small Hall for Music and Dance is designed to develop students' creative abilities. It hosts music, dance, and other cultural programs that foster aesthetic appreciation, develop national culture, and nurture creative youth.



The Folk Crafts Exhibition at the Center for Culture and Innovative Technologies Development is an important cultural space showcasing the finest examples of traditional national art, including wood carving, embroidery, jewelry, and carpet weaving.
It should be noted that the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics has 6 faculties, 30 departments, 5 academic buildings with 135 classrooms, a modern dormitory, an electronic library, a sports complex and playgrounds, 16 computer labs and language laboratories, forensic, innovation and natural science laboratories, a courtroom, a legal clinic, as well as testing and language centers.
The building is equipped with modern heating, fire alarm and video surveillance systems, as well as modern electrical equipment.
During his inspection of the building, Emomali Rahmon praised the quality of the construction work.
