To prevent offenses, including hooliganism among minors and young people, a mobile court hearing was held at Comprehensive School No. 30 in Dushanbe's Firdavsi District. This was reported by the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs.
During the mobile court hearing, a total of 46 administrative offense cases were heard, filed by officers of the juvenile affairs unit of the Firdavsi District Department of Internal Affairs No. 1 under Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan. Following the hearing, administrative penalties were imposed on the offenders.


Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan establishes administrative liability for parents or legal guardians for failure to fulfill their responsibilities for the maintenance, upbringing, and education of minors. Specifically, failure to provide general secondary education, as well as evasion of childcare, are punishable by a warning or an administrative fine.
