The Dushanbe Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs issued a reminder of administrative liability for causing an emergency on the road. The relevant provisions are enshrined in Article 326 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.
As specified, a violation is defined as a failure to comply with traffic rules that forces other road users to change speed, direction, or take other safety measures. Such actions are classified as a misdemeanor.
The penalty for creating an emergency situation is a fine in the amount of three to five calculated indicators.
The agency also emphasized that inattentiveness and reckless behavior on the road can lead to serious consequences. Drivers were urged to strictly adhere to traffic rules and protect their own lives and the lives of others.
