On April 21, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon departed for a working visit to Astana, Kazakhstan. This was reported by the press service of the President of Tajikistan.
The head of state went to participate in the Regional Environmental Summit, as well as a meeting of the Council of Heads of State-Founders of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea.
At Dushanbe International Airport, Emomali Rahmon was seen off by the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, the First Deputy Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and other officials.
During the visit, the President is accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Foreign Relations, the Minister of Energy and Water Resources, and other officials.
