Special attention was paid to the development of futsal in the city, the reconstruction of the Daleron sports complex, which will be renamed Azizon, as well as the formation and support of women's and youth football teams for participation in competitions under the auspices of the FFT.
During the visit, the delegation, together with city officials, inspected the Istaravshan Central Stadium. Following the inspection, certain infrastructure deficiencies were identified and ways to address them within the established timeframe were identified.
The FFT working group also visited the head office of Bank Eskhata in Khujand, where they met with the bank's Chairman of the Board, Akmaljon Saifiddinov. During the meeting, the sporting achievements of the Eskhata Football Club were commended, including the team's advancement to the final of the 2025 Tajikistan Cup.

The issue of using the club's home stadium in the new season of the Tajikistan championship was also discussed.
The bank's management was further informed of the decision of the FFT Executive Committee, according to which, starting in 2027, clubs in the Tajik Premier League are required to have a women's football team. It is recommended that this requirement be implemented as a pilot project starting in 2026.
