A working group from the Football Federation of Tajikistan (FFT) commission has begun a familiarization tour of the country's regions as part of teams' preparations for the new football season, the FFT reports.
The FFT delegation included the vice-presidents of the Football Federation of Tajikistan, Alisher Urunov and Sayvali Doniyorzoda, the director of the Football League of Tajikistan, Subkhon Shodiev, and the head of the FFT's sports facilities department, Abdurakhmon Okhunzoda.
One of the working group's main tasks is to hold meetings with city and district leaders to analyze the state of football locally and provide comprehensive support to teams in all regions of the country.
On Friday, January 16, the FFT working group visited the Vose district of Khatlon region. During the visit, a working meeting was held with the district chairman, Jamshed Sharifzoda. In the new season, the Vose district will be represented in the Tajikistan First League by two teams: Hulbuk and Rakhsh. It was noted that Hulbuk is tasked with successfully competing in the First League and returning to the country's top division. Support was also confirmed for Rakhsh, the winner of the final stage of the 2025 Tajikistan Second League.
During the trip, members of the FFT commission visited the Vose Central Stadium, which opened at the end of last year.
The FFT working group then visited the Mir Said Alii Hamadoni district, where they met with the acting district chairman, Farrukhuddin Nabizoda. During the meeting, they discussed football development in the district, as well as the support of the Sarhadchi team from the local government.
The FFT delegation also toured the new stadium under construction in the Hamadoni district. Once operational, the sports facility will accommodate over seven thousand spectators.
